Rika is Shades of Blue

It's been a while since I've done self-initiated web design. I re-did my blog: [link] but that was a re-hash because it uses the same design I've used many times before just slightly different given that's my blog's avatar.
So, this was an actual "fun" thing to do. This is the skin for a Sailor Mercury/Mizuno Ami site that I run. It's been down since November 2009 because a good portion of it got eaten when my site was rescued from a hacker attack and then my computer crashed. I hadn't backed up Shades...yet because it wasn't a site that was earning me money it wasn't yet backed up like my blogs were.

So, sob story aside this is the design that I used for the new skin. I like the fresh feeling it gives and the victory symbol that Rika is showing is apt for a variety of reasons. The scan her picture is from was found through [link] and the brushes used are from [link] the font is Segoe Script and UnZialish [link]

Rika Izumi is the actress/model. When she was in Pretty Guardian her stage name was Chisaki Hama. To see the site in action: [link]

Just in case it doesn't go without saying. This is for my website only. It should not be used on anyone else's site and if it is there will be issues.
